His & Hers Holiday Gift Guides 2017

It's hard to believe December will be here in just a matter of days.  That means I have to actually start Christmas shopping.  If you're in the same boat as me and in need of some ideas for that "him" or "her" in your life...or if you just need some fun ideas for yourself....I created these gift guides just for you!  Hopefully this will help make your shopping a little easier this holiday season!
* This post contains some affiliate links.*

First up, stocking stuffers for HIM.

1.  HD Dash Cam - because, well, you never know.  And coming in under $30, these make a great, albeit, random stocking stuffer!

2.  Jack Black Comfort & Joy Duo - great gift set for the guy who likes his hands & lips to stay soft during the cold winter months (unless you live in south Texas.  Where's our winter weather?!  Seriously!)

3.  Taco Tee - I have yet to meet a man who doesn't love tacos and the Paris Texas Co. carries my favorite, soft tees proclaiming love for the world's best breakfast fare.

4.  Gourmet Hot Sauce Sampler - for the guy who loves putting Cholula on EVERYTHING (cough, Mr. Spouse, cough), this is a great step-up!

5.  Jason Mark Sneaker Cleaning Kit - know a guy who likes to keep his sneakers looking like he just took them out of the box?!  This is the gift for him!

6.  Analog Leather Band Wrist Watch - I love mens watches that are inexpensive, but don't look it.  This one fits the bill.

7.  The Right Tool - This is an all-in-one credit card tool that's not only functional, but looks pretty cool, too.

8.  Universal Socket Grip - speaking of tools, this is a great one for your guy to have on hand and apparently lots of people feel the same way because this one is a best seller!

9.  Magnetic Stress Relief Desk Toy -  what's that saying?!  Idle hands are the devil's playground?  This stress relief desk toy is sure to cure that.

10. Groomerang - not only do I love the clever name of this product, but I also love that this is a tool to help both groom and shape your favorite guy's facial hair.  I konw what I'm putting in Mr. Spouse's stocking this year!

11.  Retro Vinyl Record Coasters - These speak for themselves.  SO fun!

12.  Multipurpose Grill Mat - These mats are AWESOME and right now they're being offered at a deep discount!!!  If you know a guy who loves to grill, put these on the list.

 13.  Fidget Cube - Say what you will about fidget toys, but I know several men...and women (cough, ME, cough) who could benefit from a little structured fidgeting every now and then!

14.  Shampoo Scalp Massage Brush - as if we need to give them a reason to prolong their showers, right?!  These scalp brushes...as random as they are...are AMAZING.

Now onto the "big" stuff...

1.  Patagonia Men's Better Sweater 1/4 Zip Fleece - I used to balk at spending more than $50 on sweater type clothing...especially living here in Texas.  HOWEVER, there is something to be said for dishing out a little extra for quality items.  Patagonia is where it's at.  I love all of their men's AND women's outerwear and this one is perfect for us here in the south (anywhere, really).  Great quality, good looking, and lasts forever!

2.  Sperry Duck Boots - I LOVE these.  Waterproof and comfortable.  And good looking, too.

3.  North Face Denali E-Tip Gloves - these gloves are perfect for the guy who likes to keep his phalanges warm, but also needs access to his technology.  Bonus that they aren't fancy & keep well!

4.  Fulton & Roark Solid Cologne - this is one of my favorite men's products this year.  Inside of this trendy tin can is cologne in solid form...almost like a balm.  Smells amazing and can even be carried in his pocket for the guy who likes to smell delicious all day long.  Lots of scent options available.

5.  Skagen Men's Ancher Grey IP Mesh Bracelet Watch  - definitely pricier than the stocking stuffer option, but this watch is great!  Versatile and different than what I'm used to seeing out there.

6.  Tan Suede Backpack - for the guy who likes to carry a backpack and look trendy/chic at the same time.  LOVE this option.

7.  Wooden Universal Docking Station - this docking station is handcrafted and doubles as a valet/catch all.  You can also have it personalized!  I love handcrafted items and this one is beautiful.

8.  Herringbone Henley - love this soft tee and the fact that it's on sale makes it even better.

9.  Fan Chest - know a guy who's crazy about a sports team?!  Check out Fan Chest!  These curated boxes contain lots of goodies any sports fan would love.

10.  Roku Express - I can think of several men in my life who need this little gadget!  If you know a guy without a smart tv, this reasonably priced Roku stick gives any TV streaming capabilities.  GREAT gift!!!

11.  Otter Wax Leather Care Kit - this leather care kit is perfect for any guy on your list!

12.  Personalized Gold Cufflinks - Oh, how I love this cufflink set.  These would be awesome for your guy or maybe even an older relative.  And just looking far into the future, I could see how these would also be great for kids or grandkids to inherit (cue the tears).

13.  JCrew Crewneck Sweater - LOVE this sweater and the fact that it's 40% off right now.  This would be great paired with a collared button down & distressed jeans, but also looks great as is!

14. Bluetooth Transmitter -  this gadget has the capacity to give any device bluetooth streaming ability.  What guy wouldn't love that?!

15.  Stealth EDC Kit - Great for the guy on the go who likes to be prepared.  This little keychain kit includes a bottle opener, phone charger (both apple and android available), screwkeys, and keysmart.

16.  Men's 574 Retro Sport Casual Sneakers - I have a bit of an obsession with New Balance tennis shoes for men and women.  This Retro version is my absolute favorite for guys.  Casual and sporty.  They look great dressed down or paired with a nice shirt and jeans.  LOVE these.

17.  Echo Spot - this gadget won't be released until Dec. 19th, but I'm pretty sure I'll be ordering one for Mr. Spouse anyway.  Instead of just being voice activated (like Google Home or Alexa), the Echo Spot has a screen allowing the user to view weather forecasts, music lyrics, see who's calling, and MORE!

18.  Bluetooth Tracking Tag - I can think of someone who needs this handy device for everything he owns ;)

Okay ladies!  Now it's our turn!  Here are some of my favorite stocking stuffers for 2017.

1.  Tile Style Anything Finder - speaking from the perspective of a person who would lose her head if it wasn't attached to her neck, I can say that this is a MUST have item.  I need them in bulk.

2.  Personalized Keychains - okay, is this a random gift?  Because let me tell you.  This ENTIRE Etsy store has just shot up the list to my most favorite!  I absolutely LOVE these keychains for any lady in your life.  While you're checking these out, browse through everything else that's offered.  You'll be sure to find something you'd love to give AND receive!

3.  Air Vent Mount - Okay.  Put the phones down in the car and place them somewhere safe.  Please.  This trendy air vent mount should be reason enough alone to put the phones down while we're driving!

4.  Gold Cactus Bottle Opener - know a lady who's fallen head over heels with this year's cactus craze?!  This is the bottle opener for them!

5.  Gold Cactus Bottle Stopper - this would be a great gift paired with the bottle opener,a personalized wine glass, and a bottle of wine!

6.  Silicone Wine Glasses - What these glasses lack in appearance they make up for in practicality.  There's nothing worse than a broken wine glass and red merlot all over your carpet.  Prevent that with these!

7.  Voluspa Candle Set - a set of three 11 oz. candles for the ladies who love things that smell good.

8.  Crayoligraphy Gift Set - know a lady who loves to letter or someone who's recently started to dabble in the art?!  This calligraphy set from Crayola would make the best gift!!!

9.  Clip-On Selfie Ring Light - up your selfie game with this clip-on light guaranteed to enhance every snap of the shutter.  Move over, Kim K.  It's our turn to shine.

10.  Travel Size Poo-Pourri - okay, so scoff at this all you want, but ladies.  Let's be real.  In an emergency situation, you'd want to have this on hand.  And the travel size makes it perfect to carry around in your purse totally undetected :)

 11.  Rose Gold Diamond Pop Socket - diamonds are a girl's best friend.  Show-off your love for the most adored gemstone with this fun pop socket.

12.  Wine Wipes - know a lady who loves wine, but after a few sips gets "wine smile"?!  Grab her a set of these to keep those pearly whites white!

All of these "big" gift items are under $100 with the exception of two.  Some I already own and love, and the rest I'd REALLY like to have (hint, hint Mr. Spouse).

1.  AEO Soft & Sexy Plush Drop-Shoulder Sweatshirt - Y'all.  This sweatshirt is everything.  I LIVE in mine.  Soft doesn't even begin to describe it.  I have the camo (pictured above) and this red.  I kid you not when I tell you I want the whole collection.  They're really that cozy!  I typically wear a small, but sized up to the M in the camo so that I could wear it with leggings (I'm 5'3", so this did the trick!).  I have a SM in the red and LOVE the way it looks with jeans.  This is my favorite sweatshirt of the year!

2.  Lash Boost - I know a lot of you are probably eyerolling at this one, but hear me out.  I was getting eyelash extensions for a while (which I loved!!!!), but I developed an allergy to the glue and had to say goodbye to them.  I was left without eyelashes and was desperate to grow them out (#firstworldproblems).  A few friends suggested Lash Boost and I begrudgingly gave it a try.  Now I can't be without it!  My lashes are longer and fuller than ever and this little tube lasts at least 6 months.  Best investment ever!!!

3.  New Balance 311 Jogger - like I said earlier, I have a New Balance obsession and these wine colored kicks have been a favorite of mine this year.  The color is called "supernova red", but they're definitely more maroon/burgundy/wine.

4. Black Tourmaline Druzy Cuff - I love druzy anything and this cuff is just dainty and perfect.  Makes a statement without being too "in your face".

5. Unavailable

6. Steve Madden Trace-L Mule - Leopard will always be my favorite neutral and these mules would be perfect dressed up or dressed down.  They're at the top of my list!

7.  TOMS Dodoma 201 Blonde Tortoise Sunglasses - Back in the Spring I bought I pair of TOMS sunglasses which I LOVED.  My husband did NOT.  Needless to say, he was really happy when I left them in Vegas over the summer.  Boo.  I wanted to replace them, but he wasn't having it.  SO, he gifted these to me so that I wouldn't be tempted to replace the others, LOL.  And y'all, I have to say that I'm SO glad he went this route instead of the other.  These are AMAZING.  Classic look, too, which I love.

8.  Josie B Doormat - These are my favorite doormats and I'm asking Santa to gift me with one this Christmas!!!  I'm not sure he'll oblige with this particular one, so I have a few on the list from which he can choose ;)

9.  Patterned Fuzzy Knit Cardigan - oh you guys.  These cardigans (insert all the heart eyes here).  Because I'm old and gaining weight in all the wrong places, I had NO idea Hollister was even around.  I thought it disappeared with my size 26 waistline.  They're definitely still around and making the CUTEST clothes!  I'm certain I can only fit into the tops, so when I found these cardigans I about fell out.  I have the leopard print (now sold out) and it's AMAZING.  I usually wear a small, but I should've sized down to the XS (it runs about one size bigger).  That to be said, I do love the "slightly oversized" look and it's cozy as all get out.  The buffalo plaid would be my next choice, but there's also a camo version that I keep eyeing.  And right now they're only $25!!!!!

10.  Burt's Bees Cotton Pajamas - I love pajamas and I always ask for a new pair each Christmas.  I typically won't splurge on PJ's for myself throughout the year...it's always college tees and 15 year old scroungy pj pants.  These are adorable and on my list!

11.  Sole Society Janine Satchel - While I do prefer crossbodys, this satchel is stunning.  I'm typically a "smaller is better" kind of person when it comes to purses, but I would LOVE to have this one!  This particular color is Sandstone (neutral enough to wear with everything), but it also comes in black and midnight blue.

12.  Sephora Favorites Nude Lip Kit - aaahhhh!!!  Give me ALL the nudes, please!  This is such a great gift set at such a great price!

13.  Lucky Brand  Druzy Cuff Bracelet - Again with the druzy, but I think this is stunning.  Simple and casual, but eye-catching, too!  And I really love the style.

14.  Patagonia Hooded Waffle Tunic - Remember how I felt about the AEO soft sweatshirts earlier?! That's exactly how I feel about this tunic, too!  This is such a versatile piece.  It runs true to size and covers all your lower lady parts :)  I have this exact one and wear it with leggings and my new balance sneakers.  My favorite part about this is the thumb holes...random!  But seriously.  It's great to wear on it's own or even over a base layer.  Looks great with a vest, too.  It's comfy and cute...really flattering fit!  It also comes in cream and blue.  This is one of my most favorite pieces in my closet!

15.  Lomography Lomo'Instant Milano Camera + 3 lenses - this instant camera isn't only adorable, but it's also perfectly practical for the girl who likes to snap memories. It comes with 3 interchangable lenses so you're covered in any kind of shooting scenario.

16.  Gianni Bini Suede Brewsten Tassel Mules - I don't have these, but they're on my list. I tried them on in store the other day and they are SO cute!  I'm always weird about mules.  Some look really cute off, but they're awful on and vice versa.  These look cute off AND on the foot (and they're true to size).  Right now the guilded gray & blush mules are permanently reduced to less than $50.  The guilded gray (pictured) is really more of a bone color in person.  The other colors....black and sugar cookie...are regularly priced at $80.  Cute and comfortable. I kind of want them in every color.

17.  Large Initial Necklace  - my sweet sister-in-law was wearing one of these over the summer and it's been on my list ever since seeing her wear it!!!  LOVE these.

18.  Sherpa Lined Slippers - I was gifted this pair last month and y'all...they are every bit as comfortable as the more expensive sherpa lined slippers on the market.  THANK YOU, OLD NAVY!  While you might not be able to find this style online, you'll definitley see them in store.  They've been on sale for $10, but they're worth the regular price of $20, IMO.  I wear these ALL.THE.TIME.  Just be prepared because they make your feet pretty stinkin' hot! (stinkin' being the operative word, lol)

19.  Martha Stewart Buffalo Check Sweater Knit Blanket - I'm a sucker for cozy blanket and Martha Stewart makes some of my favorites.  I absolutely LOVE this black and white buffalo check blanket and this one, too, is on my list.  I've seen this as inexpensive as $35 this season, but no lower than that.  One thing I've learned about her blankets is that when they're finally clearanced out, they're gone.  Crossing my fingers for this one!

20.  Betsy Pittard Quatrefoil Hoops - I get asked about these earrings everytime I wear them. This is one of my favorite pairs because they're extremely lightweight (so much so that I have to check to make sure they're still in!) and verstile.  I can wear them dressed up or even casually running errands.

There are still some GREAT deals being offered online with some of these retailers, so if you're interested, grab them while you can still get a discount!  Hope these lists help you this holiday season!

North Pole Breakfast 2016

About six years ago, our little family started the tradition of welcoming our elf (Elfabet) with a North Pole Breakfast.  Of course, when we first set it all up it was kind of a big deal.  We wanted it to be fun and special for our....wait for it...TWO AND THREE YEAR OLDS.  If you think that's ridiculous, you're right.  Like they could've cared?!  Just a visit from the elf would've been enough.  We set the bar too high right out the gate.  WHAT WERE WE THINKING?!?!?!?!

However, I will say that this is one of the boys' most favorite traditions.  They LOVE the North Pole Breakfast!  Each year I think to myself, "they won't remember last year". And every year I'm wrong.  Of course they do.  They love it.  For one, it's the only day of the year they get powdered donuts (aka SNOWnuts) for breakfast.  And of course, they LOVE welcoming back Elfabet.

Let me tell you this.  I will savor every one of these silly traditions for as long as I can because they bring so much joy to the boys.  And my boys are getting older.  My 3rd grader has started asking questions.  "How do we know you're not Santa?"  "Are you sure you don't buy us presents?" "Why do you want our Christmas lists if Santa is the one getting us presents?"  The "magic" is here for such a short time and even though some of these traditions and whatnot are silly, over the top, and competely ridiculous, I'll do it as long as I can because to my boys it's all so magical.  Seeing the magic through their eyes gives me memories I'll never be able to forget...and I love that.

SO let's talk North Pole breakfast!

It can be as simple or elaborate as you make it.  The elf alone is what makes it so much fun for my boys.

AND...they get to enjoy SNOWNUTS (white powdered donuts) with hot chocolate and floating glaciers (marshmallows).  The simplest...and most unhealthy...breakfast ever.  And they eat it up.  This year I decided to top it off with Christmas cupcakes because I'm mother-of-the-year (thank you, Hostess).  I wouldn't let them eat them for breakfast, but I told them they could have them as special treats in their lunches.

I typically get all the "filler" goodies from the dollar spot at Target.

The only thing not from the dollar spot is the pjs, but I did snag them 50% off, so that was a great find!  I also picked up their Elf shirts on sale and they were slightly ecstatic about those.  Elf is their most favorite Christmas movie :)

And this was my most favorite dollar spot find this season.  Christmas Advent activities!  I thought they'd be disappointed that they didn't get the little chocolate calendars, but they were THRILLED with these!  Both of their countdown books are different, so these were a great find.  And chances are, they'll get the chocolate advent calendars, too because TRADITION ;)

Even our pug was ready for #allthesweets.  This year the boys didn't wait for me to wake up before they started digging in.  That was a *harsh* first.

And just for giggles,  here's a little stroll back through the North Pole Breakfasts of the past (tear).

Here they are celebrating in a new city, new house.  This was in 2013.  I remember them being so worried that the elf wouldn't be able to find us since we had recently moved.  Bless.

And in 2014....

And last year...

You think I'll be able to get pictures like this when they're home for the holidays from college?!?!?  Because that would be awesome.

In other holiday news, the house is *almost* decorated. I'm behind this year, but that seems to be the theme of my life right now, so we'll go with it.

The boys love decorating the tree almost as much as I love redecorating it when they go to bed :)  Hahaha!!!  I only move a few ornaments around because somehow many of them end up hanging from the very same branch :)

Slowly, but surely, it's all coming together.

And our sitting room is becoming my most favorite spot to work.  SO cozy when it's decorated for Christmas.

HAPPY DECEMBER TO YOU AND YOURS!!!!

Gift Guides & Stocking Stuffers (101 Gift Ideas for the Holidays)

I always appreciate suggestions and ideas when I'm stuck and trying to finish up my Christmas shopping.  And if you're anything like me, you probably get "stuck" more often than not.  So I went ahead and made a few gift guides to help with that.  With all the Black Friday deals still in effect and Cyber Monday coming up, I thought we could all use a little inspiration and a few extra ideas.

Happy shopping!

Let's start with stocking stuffers for the special men in your life.

1. Beer Soap - What man doesn't like the smell of beer?  And if you like it too, your special guy can smell like barley and hops everytime he gets in the shower.

2. Drumstick Pencils - If they're going to make those awful tapping sounds, we might as well help them look the part.

3. Gentlemen's Hardware Lip Balm - Any man can carry around chapstick, but a real man knows that lip balm is really where it's at.

4.  Leather Buckle Key Fob - For the detail oriented guys

5.  Man Can Candles - These Man Can candles...or MANDLES, as I like to call them...are the perfect accessory for any guy's digs. They come in a variety of manly scents so you're sure to find at least one your guy will love.  I mean, ANYTHING is better than the scent of dirty socks, right?!

6. The Bartender's Knife - Every guy needs a great knife and this one is great for making all of his cocktail dreams come true.

7. - Bourbon Empire - A great book all about the past, present, and future of the world's finest spirit (or so my husband would say).

8.  Bourbon Soaked Toothpicks -  I know this sounds crazy, but trust me on this one.  Found these at my new favorite store for my husband and these toothpicks are one of their top sellers.   Bought some for him at Nutcracker Market and couldn't wait 'til Christmas to gift them.  He LOVES them!

9. Scentbird Cologne of the Month - If your guy is eager to try new scents, this is the perfect stocking stuffer.  Only $14.95 per month to have a new travel-sized scent delivered to your door and you can cancel your membership ANY time thus making this a wonderful little stocking stuffer.

10. Whiskey Shave Soap - Making men around the world smell irresistible even when they shave.

1.  UGG 'Ascot' Suede Slipper - these slippers are amazingly comfy & warm...not to mention good looking, too.

2.  Wooden Beer Caddy with Bottle Opener - I love this crate.  And it would be perfect filled with a variety of beer bottles or your guy's favorite beer.  And if you're gifting this to someone underage, soda bottles would be the perfect fit.

3.  Bluetooth Waterproof Floating Speaker -  this is a great waterproof, bluetooth speaker.  It can float in the pool and your guy can even bring it into the shower if that's his kind of thing.

4.  Amazon Echo -  this item is #1 on my husband's list.  The Echo is a voice activated wireless device that can control pretty much everything.  It would be number 1 on my list too if I could get it to control my husband's ability to clean the dishes ;)  If you want one, grab it now!  It's on sale and won't be in stock until December 6th.  Hurry!

5.  Tartan Scarf - great accessory at a great price point.

6. North Face eTip Gloves - Mr. Spouse loves all things North Face and these gloves are also on his list this year...love the eTip functionality.

7.  The North Face Aconagua Down Vest - y'all.  I love this one.  And it's such a GREAT price right now.

8.  Jerkygram - if you know a guy who loves jerky (and I honestly haven't met one who doesn't), a Jerkygram Man Crate is definitely the way to go.  SO many different options available that you're sure to find one perfect for your brother/dad/friend/husband/grandpa or even yourself :)

9.  J. Crew Twill Pajama Set - we gift each other new PJ's every year and this is the set I'll be gifting my husband.  I snagged them on sale and you can, too. They're 40% off right now.

10. Skybuds - if you're looking for one "big gift", this is the one.  These are wireless earbuds with great quality sound.  The battery life lasts for about four hours before recharging. Just make sure that you're gifting them to someone who doesn't lose small things very easily :)

11.  J Crew Abingdon Weekender Bag - if you love a travelin' man, he might love this bag.  It's a heavy duty waxed cotton canvas bag with extra reinforcements on the straps.  Great feature, great look, and right now it's a great price.

12.  Google Chromecast Audio - for only $25 right now, this little device can turn any of the speakers in your home into wireless speakers for streaming music.  Great gift or stocking stuffer.

13.  Portable Camping Hammock - a portable hammock.  Honestly.  Need I say more?!

14.  UGG Leighton Chukka Boot - this is the gift my husband doesn't know he wants.

15.  Leather Valet Tray - This leather valet tray is great for holding small accessories and it's from my favorite man store here in town.

1.  Niven Morgan Gold  Body Lotion - if you're looking for a lotion that smells all kinds of amazing and leaves your hands & body feeling silky smooth, look no further.  I was introduced to this last February by my best friend and I've been obsessed ever since.

2.  Knit Eye Mask - this is adorable and would be great paired with a robe, slippers, and a comfy set of PJ's, but it's great all on it's own and stuffed into a stocking as well :)

3.  Cozy Socks - cozy socks always make for a great stocking stuffer and they're even better when they're as cute as these.  You can grab them half off right now, too.  Lots of different styles from which to choose.

4.  Curl Boss Lash Essentials - this limited edition holiday eyelash curler is adorable & the mascara is great for a little holiday lash lengthning drama.

5.  The Makeup Eraser - I'm convinced that every girl needs one of these.  This removes all of your makeup with WATER ONLY.  It's completely reusable and good for about 1,000 washes.  The gift that keeps on giving :)

6.  Sugar Lip Crush Set - this is my FAVORITE.  Leaves you with a little color and A LOT of silkiness.  My lips are always SO soft when I wear this.  My personal favorite is Poppy, but they're all so amazing,

7.  Stuff Every Cook Should Know - this is another little something I think every girl should own.  I love this little book.   Great for seasoned domestic goddesses and newly independent college girls alike.

8.  Lilly Pulitzer Travel Umbrella - I don't always like bright and colorful patterns, but when I do, they're on an umbrella.  Makes the gloomiest of days pretty cheerful :)

9.  Plaid Infinity Scarf - perfect accessory at a great price.

10.  USB Leather Tassel Keychain + Charging Cord - okay, okay.  This is yet ANOTHER accessory every girl (who is always on her phone) needs :)  Just clip it on your purse and charge your device wherever you go.

11.  Nickel + Suede Leather Earrings - I absolutely LOVE these statement earrings.  Lightweight (because they're leather) and cute.  These have become my go-to earrings.  And there are so many amazing patterns and colors available.  (I wear the medium size)

12.  Flavor Infuser Water Bottle -  If you know someone who loves flavor infused water like I do, this bottle  is a must.

1.  Kendra Scott Elisa Pendant Necklace (Abalone) - I have a couple of these necklaces, but I don't have it in Abalone yet and right now it's my most favorite "color" :)

2.  Kate Spade One in a Million Initial Pendant Necklace - I love initialed jewelry pieces and this one is great for layering.  It's also 40% off right now, so grab it before the price goes back up.

3.  Ray Ban Erika Classic Sunglasses - these are my most FAVORITE pair of sunglasses I own!  I have a pair of Ray Ban aviators that I really like, but I don't wear them near as often as I wear these. These are just the perfect style and fit.  And just like the name suggests, this style is CLASSIC.

4.  Oversized Sweater - this is the sweater of the season, I swear.  I have this and LOVE it.  It's the perfect oversized fit and is comfy as all get out.  Looks great with skinny jeans and over-the-knee boots, but it's also perfect with leggings and Ugg style boots, too.  I'm anxious to wear it more often when the weather gets colder.

5.  Olivia Burton Big Dial Mesh Strap Watch (38 mm) - this watch is high on my list this year.  I don't buy myself expensive watches because I just don't wear watches very often at all (isn't that what your phone is for?!?!?), but I fell in love with this one and am hoping Santa brings it my way this year :)

6.  Vintage Women's Backpack - this might be one of my favorite things to carry EVER.   I love this backpack and always get so many compliments when I wear it.   I've been asked about this a lot recently after wearing it to Colorado.  It's the perfect size and it looks great.  It's really sturdy and can carry quite a bit without looking bulky.  I love carrying my DSLR in it when I'm on trips.  It's just all around the perfect backpack.  And it's such a great price, too (less than $30!!!!)

7.  Tocca Florence Perfume - this is, hands down, my absolute FAVORITE scent.  It's light, but stays on all day.  I went through this so quickly and now I need some replinishment.  If you're looking for a new scent, let this one be it.

8.  LuMee Illuminated Cell Phone Case - if you're looking to up your selfie game and give yourself a beautiful "glow" without the use of a filter, your phone needs this case.  Move over, Kim Kardashian.

9.  Kendra Scott Tessa Stud Earrings (Abalone) - again with the abalone, but seriously...such a perfect stud to wear with pretty much everything.

10. Vince Camuto Peera Cutout Bootie - these are my most FAVORITE booties!  I wear them with everything and they're so comfy.  And cute, too.  I have the gray pair and I personally think they go with everything, but they carry them in black and nude, too.   And I'm DYING over the current price.
11.  Stella and Dot Quinn Cuff - love this bracelet for layering.

12.  White Knit Hat with Pom - this is the cutest cold weather accessory, isn't it!?

13.  Buffalo Plaid Pajamas - Dear Target...thank you for your Black Friday sale on these.  It was so great, I picked up the matching sets for the boys, too.
