Meatballs From Scratch

I LOVE little cocktail meatballs.  This is the first time I made them from scratch and I gotta say...YUMMY!!!  And SUPER easy!!!  If you're looking for a quick little appetizer that your guests can't put down, I HIGHLY recommend this easy recipe!!!  SO good!!!

MELT IN YOUR MOUTH MEATBALLS

2 lbs. ground beef

1 box Stove Top Stuffing ~ Chicken

2 eggs

1 cup water

1 bottle ORIGINAL BBQ sauce {any brand}

1 {16 oz.} can whole berry cranberry sauce

Preheat your oven to 400.  Line 2 cookie sheets with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Mix meat, Stove Top, water, & eggs until well blended {time to get your hands dirty!!!}.

Shape into bite sized {1-1 1/2 inch} meatballs & place on pans.  Bake for 16-18 minutes or until done!  While your meatballs are cooking, mix the BBQ sauce & cranberry sauce together in a pot & bring to a boil in a saucepan on medium heat.  Once the meatballs are done, transfer to a serving dish or bowl and pour the sauce mix on top!  Serve with little toothpicks for the perfect party food!!!

***Just a little sidenote...you might wanna make sure that your cookie sheets have edges...or you might even wanna use a baking dish.  These little puppies are definitely greasy & you don't want a big mess in your oven!!!***
